No Financial, Investment, or Professional Advice
Thaleon does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. All outputs generated by the Services are provided for informational and analytical purposes only. Advisors and Firms remain solely responsible for all advice, recommendations, suitability assessments, and regulatory compliance.
Use at Your Own Risk

Historical Data, Simulations & Performance Limitations
Historical data, back-tested results, simulations, projections, or model outputs are hypothetical in nature and do not guarantee future performance. Actual results may differ materially due to market conditions, assumptions, data limitations, or external factors.
Advisor & Firm Responsibilities

Thaleon may monitor usage patterns and throttle, restrict, suspend, or require plan upgrades where usage is excessive or abusive.
Third-Party Data & Integrations
The Services may incorporate data from third-party providers or integrations enabled by Users.
Thaleon does not control the accuracy, completeness, or availability of such data and is not responsible for errors, delays, or interruptions originating from such sources.
